I was a customer years and years ago after the move from their Plainfield. I drove junkers back then but these folks helped me out anyway, sometimes sending me to junkyard mechanics to help me out - those days are now long gone. I buy new cars now and get them here as soon as I can. This is a great place. They talk to you and do excellent work. Just dropped off some food and got an excellent brake job and an explanation why brakes don't last so long in Vermont. Got an old Lexus as a loaner - a real spoiler with those comfortable seats. I've been taking my 2001 Jeep to Auto Craftsman since I moved to Vermont over five years ago. Auto Craftsman has done a great job of taking care of it, explaining every repair need in advance, discussing price options, and always doing so with courtesy and friendliness. I always highly recommend them.

I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to fix our climate control system. You guys are great and Alex is so good about explaining things and trying to provide us with the best price. I know the Volvo is 14 years old and we have an upcoming timing belt and water pump change and I have every confidence that it will be done correctly. Thanks to all at Auto Craftsmen.

The owner and mechanic and manager were great! Very kind and willing to make my car repairs as painless as possible. I would recommend speaking to the owner directly. I greatly appreciate a loaner vehicle and the comprehensive explanation of needed repairs. A much better experience than I have had at this establishment years ago. It seems to be the result of an owner who has wonderful customer service expectations. But again, I’d take to her directly-.

Auto Craftsmen has always focused on integrity. They are honest about your appointment times even if it’s a month out. They keep their work schedule under control so each customer gets the time they need. My last visit was for winter tires and they were clear about all the costs involved when we talked about options so I could make an informed decision. The tires were there on time and install perfectly. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny!
