Very up front about their cost estimate, always giving us the worst case scenario. Mechanics are very familiar with Volvo's- surely saved us quite a bit by taking care not to damage delicate sensors on our high maintenance vehicle. I'm impressed time and again how well everything is documented and presented as forthrightly as I could hope; I'm always happy to get a high-buffered estimate and then pleasantly surprised when the job is finished for less; a very well run business.

Absolutely love to bring my car in to auto craftsman. It’s the best place I have ever brought my car to, and I am over 60. Everyone is so nice, so capable, so honest, and so helpful! They are very trustworthy, Theyhave never done anything to my car that either wasn’t perfect or didn’t need to be done
