I brought my Audi A3 etron to Auto Craftsmen for the first time last week. I was impressed with their customer service, and being able to get a shuttle to drop me off back at home in the morning and pick me up at the end of the day made it so easy! What a relief to not have to drive an hour each way to the dealership. Their explanation of the issues was clear and concise and well documented in writing along with all the charges.

Needed brake work and received brake inspection and brakes (but not labor) for free with my donation of 5 non-perishable food items. Also got my inspection for the year and regular oil change and checkup. As usual, everything was done professionally, I was well informed as to what was needed and why before any work was done, and the staff were their typically pleasant and informative selves. Care of autos and customers is always excellent.

Prompt and efficient service. Someone always goes over, in detail, what the service will be/what is needed, and the related costs. (Before just forging ahead). And they review everything when done. Auto Craftsmen also offers periodic specials that are very helpful. I usually schedule a time that I can wait for my car but I have also used the complimentary loaner car service. They work to make it work for you!

The exhaust system was repaired efficiently and within the time estimated. There have been no rattles or noise. Very well done. Would recommend Auto Craftsmen to anyone for repair work that you can trust will be done right.

Very up front about their cost estimate, always giving us the worst case scenario. Mechanics are very familiar with Volvo's- surely saved us quite a bit by taking care not to damage delicate sensors on our high maintenance vehicle.

No one likes to have car repairs, the inconvenience, the time, the money. Auto craftsmen stands out from the crowd. Amy the owner makes the experience much more bearable and almost enjoyable! Kevin the auto doctor was extremely knowledgable and shared his information allowing me to be informed and educated. The rest of the crew worked together to make the job less expensive and seamless. My headlights were growing dim, and I had heard about Auto Craftsman's treatment to clean the lenses. It was easy to make an appointment, and while I was there, they discovered two additional items that needed attention. They made time in their day to finish all the work, and I really appreciated not having to make another appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. I recommend Auto Craftsman, and I will go back again when my aging VolvoXC needs work. It was nice to find a local garage so I don't have to drive to Burlington to get work done.

I just moved to Vermont and found this gem of a place . Service was excellent and I loved that I could get a loaner car and not have to wait for service .

Rarely write reviews but this one is necessary: once again I have glowing reviews for Auto Craftsmen! This time I brought my 14 year old truck in for the basic service and a concern that I had with my brakes, or best guess, a rear wheel bearing. Amy's crew fixed the problem by being truthful about what my concern was -at no cost b/c it was a simple fix that a professional does quickly/easily without a second thought. Aside from that they completed all the other service that we had been monitoring together (on my budget) to keep my vehicle & family safe. While doing these services they found a prematurely failing part that was within miles of their 1 year service/parts warranty. This was an expensive part that I had replaced last year. It would have been so easy for a dishonest business to take advantage of that situation but Auto Craftsmen is, hands down the best in the industry truthful service is hard to come by and is why I drive over 40 miles to have them help get the best value for my time and money.

I love these guys. Very responsive, organized, communicative, straight forward, transparent. We always take both our cars to them.
