A friend and I were passing through Vermont on a long road trip, or so we thought. Fate had it that several car troubles would align themselves about 10 miles outside of Montpelier, where the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow. A very helpful stranger recommended that we spend the night in town and visit Auto Craftsmen in the morning. This was a sign of what was to come. The next morning Auto Craftsmen placed us in the front of the line, considering our time requirements, and provided us with transportation to and from the center (if such a thing exists) of Montpelier. The repairs were top notch, proven by a quick 1,000 miles of testing. The prices were extremely fair, despite my lack of ability to shop around or even come back if something went wrong. The people were helpful, the waiting room was comfortable, and we even got tokens for free ice cream next door at the end! The entire experience turned out to be a great detour.
