As a 74 year old lady driver, living on a back road in the BEAUTIFUL mountains of Vermont, I need dependable transportation. I need a service garage that will be patient with me through my "long winded" concerns and questions. Thus I say to you, my elderly sisterhood, Auto Craftsmen will listen and provide. Of course, you need to do your part by having your vehicle on regular maintenance schedule, which Auto Craftsmen will print out for you/explain to you. Can you think of another thing that is as satisfying at our age as A CAR THAT GOES?

I don't ordinarily write reviews about anything, so this going to be important. Auto Craftsmen is hands-down the most trustworthy and competent shop you could ever hope to bring your vehicle to. I have been bringing my vehicle to this shop for about 5 years now and cannot speak highly enough (here) to how their Excellent Service and Honest Approach to advising me what to do to keep my truck safe and on the road. I know that they care about me as a customer and not just another job and it shows in the way the shop is run and the services they offer. As far as anything auto is concerned: Honesty is very important; also important is feeling like you get what you pay for and it's done right the 1st time. I know what to expect each time I leave my vehicle at Auto Craftsmen and their loaner cars (and bikes) are extremely useful when either me or my wife needs one. They are beyond reliable as far as quality of service and offer all (if not more) of the conveniences that some of the dealership-kind of repair shops are trying to be or become. Other shops have actually commented on the quality of work that Auto Craftsmen's mechanics recently did on my vehicle... "Boy, they did a nice job!" -It's times like that when you know that Auto Craftsmen is the repair shot that sets the bar and where I plan to squeeze another 12 years out of my truck (and that's cash in my own pocket in the long run IMHO !) I was having issues with the air conditioning in my Tacoma. The folks at Auto Craftsmen got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the same day. As always they were very thorough to explain everything. No place better for routine maintenance or for that nasty "surprise".

I've been a loyal Auto Craftsmen customer for seven years now and even travel well out of my way now that I've changed jobs and locations. A shop owned by a woman is a completely different facility where the customers truly are considered first. Great programs including club card with discounts on regular maintenance and repairs, free cars to borrow for the day while your car is in the shop, and savings program with monthly payments to help with those inevitable large expenses. Knowledgeable, friendly, and committed. I highly recommend them to all, but especially women who are untrusting of mechanics.

6-Stars!!! An oasis of vehicle repair! I'd drive from Boston for maintenance! I had an emergency with my vehicle recently and found Auto Craftsmen reviews online. They completely lived up to their 5-star reputation. Amy was welcoming and helpful right away. A technician stopped everything to put my truck on a lift and ran diagnostics. Price was surprisingly low for the services. Amy even got me into town and sent photos of the issues to me before I got home! Considering driving up from Boston for my regular car maintenance. Check out their new undercoat rustproofing too! Highly recommended!

By far the best shop I have gone to. I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone. They always get my vehicle in to be diagnosed very quickly. All of the staff is very pilite and professional. On one occasion recently the heat in my jeep stopped working. I drive around 4 kids ages 3 to 8 on a daily basis. One of their employees drove my car from my house 20 mins to their shop in below zero temperatures so I didn't have to put my children in a freezing car to get it there. They spent 2 hrs cleaning and sanitizing parts and hoses on my jeep after they found a dead mouse in it. This place is absolutely amazing. I will never bring my vehicles any where else to be worked on again. Thank You Autocraftsmen.

Fantastic shop- friendly, professional and they went out of their way to sneak in the water pump repair so I could get back home same day. They've earned AAA's recommendation and my thanks.

I was dissatisfied with my previous mechanic so decided to try these guys out even though they're a little further from my work. Thanks to auto craftsmen a really serious problem was diagnosed and they helped me get it corrected with the mechanic that caused the problem! They showed me the problem on my car and explained it, and took pictures for me. I'll be going to them from now on!
