Best shop I've ever brought a car to, and I've seen a few; I'm 63. Very good about giving you a heads up on future repairs that will be needed, always has photographs and detailed explanations for the expensive jobs, very quick and friendly and makes everything as convenient as possible. It's great not to have to worry about being taken advantage of. My daughter has used them for years, and I switched over from my auto dealer a couple years ago when the dealer tried to cheat me out of $800. Auto Craftsman doesn't try to take advantage of me and I appreciate it.

Great efficient and thorough service as usual! The only place I have brought my car since 2019

My car had an issue with the speedometer where it would just drop out, lighting up the dash like a Christmas tree, remaining inoperable for seconds to days. Amy and her crew diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and had me back on the road quickly, with a loaner to use while my car was down. Great work, honest people- who could ask for more?
